CLASS check your email for the relay system.

basically, how to go about it is as such.

1) for general messages i will sms the top of the "trees". thereafter, the tree heads will forward the msg to those under them.

2) for messages that require ALL to reply.the tree heads will collate the response from those under them and send your replies to me.

3) for messages that require only those interested to replyreply to the very first sender directly.

4) In the case where the reps want to give a last min/urgent message to the class, the rep will need to send to the tree heads and me! and it will work like point 1. Sign off your name if you need a reply. replies will work like pt 2 or 3. otherwise it is assumed that it is from me or just for FYI sake.(make some specifications in your sms if you need)

5) for very very emergency cases(if that ever happens), i will sms/call/inform the tree heads and the relay system will work the same.

if any of the tree heads dont feel comfortable please tell me ok. we may change this tree heads next time if we find it too taxing for the same tree head. hahaha. basically i kind of randomly put people besides those subject reps (since they are doing work for us in sch already). hope this is not too complicated for you all to understand!
